Home Buying Process


The home buying process begins with a stress free consultation with one of our professionally trained certified buyer real estate agents. The purpose of the initial free consultation is determining your needs make sure buying a home is the correct step for you. Once we have decided owning a home is best decision for you we will get you in contact with a mortgage specialist to assist us in learning how much value of home you can afford.

Selecting a professional real estate agent is the best way to begin your home search. Having a real estate agent work for you is a free service. We are compensated by the sellers of the property. A real estate professional will assist you with expert market analysis of the property to determine its true market value and assist you with the best negotiating skills to get you the best price of the home or investment property.

Once you have found the best property for you it is time to make an offer. Along with the offer are contingencies stating the offer is good if these other factors are met. The initial offer is typically good for 24-48 hours. The contingencies are positive home inspection (7-14 days from accepted offer), mortgage commitments (30-45 days from accepted offer), mutually agreeable purchase and sale agreement (7-14 days from accepted offer) and any other items which maybe specific to the property you are purchasing. Your real estate agent will be with you throughout the sale process to answer any questions you may have.
